Back to York for a shot from the birthplace of old Guy. Stopped in his attempts to return Catholicism to the throne we the good people of Britain celebrate by burning him every year.
They Inn that sits on top of the spot of his birth is actually the most expensive place in the UK that I’ve purchased a single pint and a glass of wine for the good lady. A pint of York Brewery Centurion’s Ghost Ale at the close by Three Legged Mare went down nicely on the final day of our trip and a much gentler price too.
Almost forgot above and below are the Dundee firework display from 2011 don’t think they’ve changed much since then so I’m not there tonight.
