Dust Of Snow

Tree in snow

The way a crow
Shook down on me
The dust of snow
From a hemlock tree
Has given my heart
A change of mood
And saved some part
Of a day I had rued.

I braved the Arctic conditions but bottle out of my attempt to reach base camp when a torrent of snow came down from the heavens. Thankfully I had just entered some woods and decided to snap away in there.

Wished I’d tried something else with this one but I didn’t and by the time I got back and fired up the Tassimo I was not venturing out again.
Title stolen from Robert Frost so I thought I’d better add the poem too.
